I think I’ll be needing a tripod soon enough. This shot was taken with the camera balanced on a mooring-bollard-type-thing, and I had to wait for a not-too-windy time to prevent any camera shake.

did u use a red colour filter for this?

Nope. The red/orange look is from the orange sodium streetlights nearby, and the orange glow on the sky behind the headland is the collective glow of the thousands of streetlights in Dublin City, around 30km (20ish miles) away.
