It's surprising how much information can be garnered from a seemingly anonymous commenter's IP address isn't it? How would the <a href="http://halton.gov.uk/" rel="nofollow">Council</a> feel about you posting that kind of a comment from their computers? I think they mightn't take too kindly to it.
