about
Me
I’m Neil Dorgan, an 18-year old student living in Greystones Co. Wicklow, Ireland and studying Computer Science at UCD, Dublin.
The Blog
The old blog was becoming more and more of a photoblog. In addition, it was just plain ugly. So, this one looks nicer, doesn’t have ads, and hopefully I’ll be more committed to it. You can also click words or photos up above to show just that type of entry.
The Name
A “Return to Pearse” is the type of ticket I buy on the DART when I go into Dublin.
The Photos
These days, almost all the photos I post here are taken on my beloved Canon EOS 400D. Occasionally there might be some old ones from one of my Point & Shoots, or from my Sony Ericsson K800i Camera Phone. Hopefully I’ll soon get around to getting some of the film from my new Holga (thanks Caitriona) developed and blogged.
The Small Print
All my content (words I write, photos I take and anything else I make) is shared under a Creative Commons license, meaning you’re free to enjoy and share them, as long as you’re not making money from them, you give credit where it’s (hopefully) due, and you display or distribute them under the existing license. Any of these conditions can be waived if you get my permission. Any content I post which doesn’t belong to me remains under its original license, unless otherwise stated.
